1. Acknowledgment and Consent

By using the Mysmle platform and subscribing to any of its plans, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and modifications will apply to new or renewed subscriptions.

2. Nature of Service and Subscriptions

Mysmle is an educational platform offering a clinical question bank for training for the Saudi Medical Licensing Exam (SMLE). All subscriptions are time-limited (one month, 3 months, 6 months, or one year) and do not auto-renew. When your subscription ends, you can retain access to your previous statistics, but you will not be able to solve new questions until you manually renew your subscription. The free trial is available for a limited time and gives you limited access to a number of questions.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payment via local and international credit and debit cards through the secure Moyasar payment gateway, we don't store your payment details on our servers. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable. Subscription starts immediately after payment confirmation. All payments are final unless you are eligible for the refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content offering immediate consumption, we apply a limited refund policy to ensure seriousness: • Time Frame: You may request a refund within 48 hours only from the time of subscription. • Usage Limit: You must not have solved more than 500 questions (or 3% of the content), whichever is less we offer free trial access you can test Mysmle and subscribe any time you like . • Procedure: A refund request must be sent via email to support@mysmle.com. No refund requests will be accepted after 48 hours or if the usage limit is exceeded, as the product is considered consumed.

5. Fair Use and Account Sharing

Your account is personal and may not be shared with other parties. We strictly prohibit: • Selling or renting your account. • Publishing or sharing question and explanation content outside the platform. • Using automated programs (bots) or scraping tools to extract content. • Attempting unauthorized access to platform servers or databases. Any violation of this policy may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Disclaimer and Modifications

Mysmle is an educational assistance platform and does not guarantee your success in the exam. We do our best to ensure content accuracy, but errors are possible. If you notice an error, we welcome your report via support@mysmle.com. We reserve the right to: • Modify or remove questions. • Update explanations and scientific references. • Change platform features or add new features. • Update prices for new subscriptions (without affecting your current subscription). Your continued subscription after any modification means your implicit agreement to the changes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
